The Learning Factory Inc. website designed by Webteqno — Education / Childcare & Early Learning in Brooklyn, New York, USA

The Client

The Learning Factory Inc. is an early learning and childcare center at 503 Evergreen Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. It serves families in Bushwick, Ridgewood, Bed-Stuy and nearby neighborhoods, and it cares for children from six weeks old up to age 13.

Its programs cover infant care, toddler care, preschool, before- and after-school care, and summer camp and special events. It also lists educational services, health and wellness, family and community service efforts, and a praise and worship program it describes as culturally appropriate for everyone. The curriculum draws on Abeka, ALEKS and Prodigy, the Reggio Emilia approach and hands-on S.T.E.A.M. work, and the center uses a set of culturally diverse S.T.E.A.M. characters for children to learn alongside.

Families are part of the program too. The center requires 12 hours of community service from each family every year, and parents can keep up with their child's activities, well-being and daily photos in the Procare parent app.

The Problem

Choosing childcare is a big trust decision for any family. Before Brooklyn parents call a center, they want to know who will look after their child, what a normal day teaches, and what other families say about it.

The Learning Factory had a lot to explain. It runs nine program areas, from infant care to summer camp, for children aged six weeks to 13, and its curriculum draws on several named methods. Parents needed to be able to scan all of this quickly on a phone, and the site needed to turn that interest into a call or a registration.

What We Did

We built a WordPress site on the Astra theme with Elementor, led by warm photography. The homepage opens on a full-width photo hero with the center's name and its mission line. The phone number sits in the top bar, and a Register Now button appears in the main navigation on every page.

The homepage then walks parents through six early learning domains: approaches to learning, science and engineering, language and literacy, creative arts, social studies, and physical development. It also shows two parent reviews, links to the rest and lists every program. Separate About, Mission, Programs and Testimonials pages go further. They cover the center's whole-child focus, philosophy and curriculum principles, include a photo gallery of the center's infants, toddlers and older children, and collect ten family reviews on one page.

Register Now opens the center's Procare Connect online registration directly. Most pages end with a contact band that has a tap-to-call phone link, and the footer carries the address and a clickable email address. The home and About page meta descriptions name the neighborhoods the center serves, and a Yoast XML sitemap lists every page for search engines.

The Result

The Learning Factory now has a friendly, credible website for families. It sets out the center's programs and teaching approach and lets parents read reviews from other families before they get in touch.

From any page, a parent is one click away from the online registration form, and most pages end with a tap-to-call phone number. That keeps the path from first visit to registration short for parents across Bushwick, Ridgewood and Bed-Stuy.
