Bose Complete Medicine is the practice founded by Dr. Amanda Bose, ND, DC, MS, a Naturopathic Doctor and Chiropractic Physician. She sees patients at her office in Schaumburg, Illinois and offers virtual visits for patients across Chicagoland and beyond.

The practice uses holistic, non-pharmaceutical, root-cause approaches for autoimmune, metabolic and digestive conditions such as Hashimoto's, SIBO and IBS. Care is built around comprehensive lab testing and individualized treatment plans.

Naturopathic care is unfamiliar to many patients, and many arrive after seeing several doctors and specialists without clear answers. Before they book, they need to understand the practice's root-cause approach, which symptoms and conditions it treats, how testing works, what a first visit involves and what it costs.

The site also had to connect patients smoothly with the tools the practice runs on: online scheduling, a patient portal for intake paperwork and a professional supplement dispensary.

We built a calm, clinical WordPress site that introduces Dr. Bose and her approach. It walks patients through common symptoms and the conditions she diagnoses, and it explains her comprehensive lab testing, trigger identification and doctor-as-teacher philosophy. Condition pages on topics such as SIBO and Hashimoto's support patients who are researching their symptoms.

The Book Appointment page sets out visit types, lengths and fees. It explains intake paperwork, insurance superbills and the cancellation policy, and embeds the practice's online scheduling calendar for in-office and virtual visits. A Supplement Store page sends patients to the practice's Fullscript dispensary, and the Contact page pairs a map with a message form that includes text-message consent.

Bose Complete Medicine now has a trustworthy online front door that explains its approach to prospective patients and supports both in-office and virtual care.

Patients can review fees and book a visit through the embedded calendar without picking up the phone, and they are one click from the practice's supplement dispensary.
