Jogor Truck & Trailer is a mobile repair service for semi trucks, box trucks, heavy-duty trucks and other commercial vehicles, serving the Atlanta metropolitan area. Its technicians offer 24/7 roadside assistance and come to the breakdown for roadside repairs, tire repair and replacement, diagnostics, jump starts, battery replacement, seals and hubs, and trailer brake work.

Jogor works with national tire accounts including Michelin, Bridgestone and Continental, and accepts fleet payment cards such as Comdata and EFS alongside major credit cards.

A driver broken down on an Atlanta highway is usually on a phone and under pressure. They need a number they can call straight away, at any hour, and confidence that a technician will actually come.

Fleets also need a quick way to report a breakdown with the location and truck details up front. Jogor needed a website that works like a 24/7 dispatch desk, not a brochure.

We built a mobile-first website around the emergency caller. The 24/7 service number sits in a sticky header that stays on screen as visitors scroll, and a Call Roadside Service button that dials with one tap appears on the homepage and on each service page.

A Breakdown Ticket button in the header opens an online breakdown request form. It collects the breakdown location down to the mile marker or exit, the truck's year, make and model, its truck and trailer numbers and VIN, the driver's details, a preferred contact method, and consent to receive dispatch updates by text.

Each core service has its own page, from emergency roadside repair and mobile tire service to battery replacement, seals and hubs, and trailer brake repair. The homepage adds the Atlanta service area, customer reviews, the tire brands Jogor works with and the payment cards it accepts, and a blog covers commercial vehicle maintenance.

Drivers can call a technician with one tap from the homepage or any service page, and fleets can file a complete breakdown ticket online at any hour, so each request arrives with the location and vehicle details included.

The site works as a round-the-clock dispatch point for Jogor, bringing its services, Atlanta coverage and customer reviews together in one place.
