skillnu — A specialist site for a Dynamics 365 recruiter.
Bury St Edmunds, England, UK

The Client
skillnu is a specialist recruiter that sources Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM talent for businesses around the world. It is registered in England as Skillnu Ltd and lists both a UK and a Danish phone number. Contract recruitment is its main focus, and permanent hires can be arranged in some cases. Its network covers D365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) functional and technical consultants, solution architects, data migration and project management specialists, Business Central and CRM specialists, and Azure and Power BI experts.
The name pairs the English word "skill" with the Danish "nu", meaning "now". skillnu says it draws on both British corporate recruiting and Danish business culture, aims to pair efficiency with a more personal, human-centred approach, and has spent more than six years working in the D365 market. A separate division handles confidential headhunting for gas and power trading roles in the Danish commodities market.
The Problem
Specialist recruitment runs on trust and speed. A hiring manager with a live D365 project needs to see quickly that the recruiter understands the platform, from ISV add-ons to data migration. A contractor weighing a move wants to know they are talking to a specialist, not a general agency.
skillnu also serves two audiences with different goals. Businesses need the right consultants quickly. Candidates are looking for their next contract or thinking about leaving a permanent job to go freelance. The site had to speak to both from the first screen, explain a niche offer in plain terms, and make it easy to start a direct conversation.
What We Did
Webteqno designed and built the skillnu website on WordPress with Elementor. The homepage sets a large lowercase headline over a deep green background with a chevron pattern that echoes the logo, then splits into two cards, For Businesses and For Candidates. Each card links to its own page with a message written for that audience.
The Services page sets out three ways to engage (project support, training and advisory, and ad hoc expertise), then lists the D365 roles skillnu's network covers and the ISV solutions it has worked with, including Annata, Lasernet and ExFlow. The About page explains the story behind the name and the firm's contract-first, flexible model.
For enquiries, we added a short form to the contact, client and candidate pages, and a Let's Connect button in the header of every page that leads to the contact page. Animated counters highlight 24/7 support and a 48-hour delivery deadline, a testimonials section carries feedback from a consultancy and an ERP end-user client, and the contact page lists the UK and Danish phone numbers and a direct email address.
The Result
skillnu now has a specialist website that presents the firm credibly to D365 hiring managers and contractors. Businesses can see the roles and ISV experience on offer and send a request from a page written for them. Candidates have their own page that invites a conversation about contract and freelance work.
Every main page offers a direct way to reach the team, whether through a form, an email link or the Let's Connect button.
