Beautiful Vivid Elements — A gifting store for dessert-inspired candles.

Beautiful Vivid Elements (BVE) is a handmade candle brand created in Jamaica in 2024 and based in Greater Portmore, St. Catherine. Its signature candles are hand-poured and hand-decorated to look like desserts and drinks: sundaes, parfaits, cocktails, champagne, coffee and cake. They look real enough that the brand's FAQ reminds shoppers they are not edible.

BVE also sells soy wax melts, room mists, perfumes, body butters, dessert soaps, curated gift boxes and greeting cards, several of them with Jamaican phrasing. The site is built for gift buyers across the island: people shopping for birthdays, anniversaries and holidays, couples and planners looking for wedding favours, and companies ordering gifts for clients and staff.

BVE's products depend on a double take, the moment someone realises the sundae on the table is a candle. To carry that online, the brand needed a storefront where shoppers could browse the whole range by product type and size, see prices in Jamaican dollars, check scents and stock, and pay at checkout.

Not every sale is a single item. A gift box means choosing a candle, a card and a personal message together. Weddings, birthdays and corporate events need quotes built around dates, quantities, packaging and branding. Some buyers also want to see the pieces in person before they order. Each of these needed its own clear path instead of one general contact form.

We built BVE a WooCommerce store on WordPress and Elementor with a soft, luxury look. It has a full-width hero slider of styled product imagery, a floating pill-shaped menu, and orchid-pink accents on a blush-cream background around the brand's crowned-strawberry logo. Nearly 100 products are organised into candles (maxi, mid, mini and petite), wax melts, room mists, perfumes, body butters, dessert soaps, gift boxes and greeting cards by occasion. Shoppers can filter by price, open a quick view and see every price in JMD. Product pages show fragrance details and how many are in stock, plus size and collection where they apply.

For gifting, we built a five-step Build Your Box tool. The customer picks a Classic, Signature or Indulgence box, chooses a candle and a greeting card, and personalises the card, with the option of having BVE help write the message in a tone they choose. The finished box goes straight into the cart.

For larger orders, the Request a Bulk Quote form shows different fields for wedding, corporate, birthday and general events. It collects dates, delivery address, guest count, budget, packaging preference and branding needs, and accepts a logo or inspiration file. A Book a Visit form lets people request an appointment for product viewing, a custom gift consultation or a corporate or event order discussion, and its calendar disables dates that are not available. A WhatsApp chat button, a detailed FAQ and a delivery and returns policy answer common questions before checkout. They cover island-wide courier delivery, in-store pickup, express service and cash on delivery in Kingston and St. Catherine.

Beautiful Vivid Elements now has a storefront where the products make their own first impression and shoppers can act on it right away. Customers anywhere in Jamaica can browse by category, check fragrance and stock details, build a personalised gift box, and check out for courier delivery or pickup.

Larger orders have their own paths too. Couples, planners and companies can send a complete bulk quote request in one go, anyone can request a visit to see the pieces in person, and quick questions go straight to WhatsApp. The small handmade brand now has every way of ordering in one place.
