Beauty2025 — An event site for Denmark's beauty trade show.

Dansk Kosmetolog Forening (DKF), the Danish Cosmetologist Association, is a nationwide, independent trade association for everyone connected to Denmark's beauty industry, from cosmetologists, skin therapists, makeup artists and nail technicians to suppliers.

Each year DKF runs a national show for beauty professionals that brings together exhibitions, lectures, competitions and networking. It ran as Beauty2025 and then as Beauty2026, a trade-only event at Roskilde Kongrescenter.

A national trade show has to serve several groups at once: exhibitors booking stands, competitors entering the Danish Championships, and professionals deciding whether to attend, all working around dates, programs and logistics.

DKF needed a single authoritative, Danish-language site that could present the exhibition, competitions and lecture program to the cosmetology community, handle sign-ups for each group, and carry over from one year's show to the next.

We built an event site organized around its three audiences. Visitors find the venue, opening hours and ticket prices, nearby accommodation options and a two-day lecture program. Exhibitors get stand prices, a downloadable stand plan, a list of available stands by size, payment terms and a booking form, while confirmed exhibitors appear on a list that links to their own websites.

Competitors get an overview of DKF's Danish Championships in nails, lashes and makeup, with schedules, downloadable rules, an entry-fee table and an online registration form. A photo gallery from Beauty2025 and a sign-up link for DKF's newsletter round out the site.

Dansk Kosmetolog Forening now has a central, Danish-language hub for its annual show. Professionals can plan a visit, exhibitors can compare and book stands, and competitors can find rules, schedules and registration in one place.

The same structure carried the event from Beauty2025 to Beauty2026, with each edition's program, exhibitors and competitions presented on one site.
