Bar-Tini Florida — An event-ready site for a mobile bartending service.
Orlando, Florida, USA
The Client
Bar-Tini Florida provides professional mobile bartending and event staffing throughout the Orlando, Florida area. Its team brings the bar to weddings, corporate events, private and holiday parties, birthdays, house parties, and quinceañeras, with customizable cocktail and mocktail menus and a complete bar setup.
The Problem
Event planning is time-sensitive and trust-driven. Couples and corporate organizers want to see what's offered, check that it suits their event, and reach out while interest is high. Bar-Tini also needed to show that it offers more than bartenders, with bar backs, servers, and event captains available to staff an event.
A useful inquiry depends on details like the event date, times, venue, and guest count, so the site needed to collect them in the first message.
What We Did
We built a bold, dark-themed site with separate Event Bartending and Event Staffing pages. The homepage features a services grid covering each event type and reviews from past clients. The Event Bartending page walks through what's included and a simple three-step Plan, Design, Serve process, and the phone number sits in the header on every page.
The Contact page carries a detailed quote request form that captures the event date, start and end times, type of event, venue (picked from a dropdown or entered manually), city, number of attendees, and how the client heard about Bar-Tini.
The Result
Bar-Tini Florida now has a professional home that showcases its bartending and staffing services across the Orlando area. Planners can explore the services, read reviews from past couples, and send the details of their event in a single quote request.
