The Client
Ikonic Firm is the Fort Lauderdale music and video brand founded by DJ International Wigg, a producer, DJ and audio engineer who has worked with labels such as MMG, Universal Records and Atlantic Records. It sells beats, vocal presets and sound libraries of drums and loops to independent artists and producers, across hip hop, R&B, Afrobeats, reggae and more.
The brand also offers mixing and mastering, an artist development program, and photo and video production for music videos, content and business commercials.
The Problem
Artists shopping for beats want to hear a track, understand what each license allows and pay in one sitting. Ikonic Firm also needed to put the producer's industry background and production credits in front of buyers.
At the same time, mixing, mastering, video shoots and artist development start with a conversation rather than a checkout, so the site had to handle instant downloads and service inquiries side by side.
What We Did
We built a dark, neon-lit storefront on WordPress with Easy Digital Downloads. The homepage opens with a beat preview player and a Shop Now button, and the catalog is split into beats, presets and sound library. Each category page has a playlist player for previewing tracks, filters by genre and artist style, license selection before checkout, and a form for making an offer on a beat.
A licensing table on the homepage compares the Basic, Premium and Exclusive tiers by file format, streaming limits, music video use and producer credit. The homepage also covers DJ International Wigg's background and a production credits section of music videos.
A dedicated mixing and mastering page with its own request form, a photo and video services page and a contact page handle service work, and links to Spotify, Apple Music, SoundCloud and YouTube sit in the header.
The Result
Artists can preview beats, pick a license and download right after checkout, with an emailed receipt and download links. Anyone who needs mixing, mastering, a video shoot or artist development has a clear way to reach the team.
The site brings the producer's catalog, credentials and services together in one branded store.
