OmShera Holdings is a family-owned commercial real estate firm headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Founded in 2000 with roots in the hotel industry, it acquires, develops, renovates, and operates commercial properties, with services spanning property management, real estate development, construction and project management, investment management, and brand repositioning and renovation.

Its portfolio covers land, select-service hotels, food and beverage, and mixed-use development. Projects featured on its site include Hyatt House and Home2 Suites by Hilton hotels in Charlotte, a Wingate by Wyndham in Durham, a resort in Myrtle Beach, a Charlotte sports lounge, and developments underway in Charlotte's South End and in Charleston, South Carolina.

A commercial real estate firm is judged on credibility and track record. OmShera needed a site that presents more than two decades of work across hotels, food and beverage, and new development clearly enough for investors, partners, and property sellers to gauge the firm's depth.

It also needed a direct way in for prospective investors and job candidates.

We designed a clean, image-led site that opens on full-screen aerial video of the Charlotte skyline beneath a short, confident headline. The homepage introduces the firm's history and its five service lines, then links through to a portfolio page where visitors can filter projects by hotel, food and beverage, or under development.

An About page covers the firm's history, focus, and approach. The Investors page includes an inquiry form for prospective partners, the Careers page explains how to apply, and the Contact page lists the Charlotte headquarters address and email alongside a message form.

Visitors can now see OmShera's hotel portfolio, including Hyatt, Hilton, and Wyndham-branded properties, along with its projects under development in one place. Prospective investors can reach the team directly from the Investors page, and candidates know how to apply.

The site gives the family-owned firm a polished presence that reflects its twenty-plus-year track record and full range of commercial real estate capabilities.
